We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Executive Assistant to join our Wallets, Payments, and Commerce Engineering team. Description You will provide executive support to leaders in Wallet, Payments, and Commerce Engineering. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask, while working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment. You will be self-motivated, proactive, maintain a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail. This is a demanding role that needs someone with flexibility, good judgment, great communication, and the ability to implement effective systems. You will have the opportunity to have meaningful impact, grow your skills, and have fun in this challenging and exciting role.","responsibilities":"Provide administrative support for senior leaders and their teams, which includes calendar management, organizing meetings and conference calls, planning and coordinating travel, and developing and executing internal events such as offsites and team building initiatives Support site operations across our local and international offices, including managing floorpans/seating arrangements, coordinating with facilities on maintenance and building operations, and assisting with the enforcement of security and privacy standards Manage AOU hardware equipment and office supplies Process and reconcile credit card purchases (P-Card & M-Card) for leaders and their teams Multi-task and prioritize a wide range of projects in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting VP, SVP, or C-level executives in the technology industry Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams and coordinating complex events across multiple regions Ability to establish strong working relationships across all levels and functions with a knack for handling conflict and diverse personalities Proficiency in Apple products including Calendar, Numbers, and Keynote AA or BS degree Minimum Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership Experience managing complex calendars, including prioritizing meetings, navigating multi-layered or conflicting demands, and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, with flexibility to adjust priorities on short notice Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $43.49 and $76.05/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
