Family Office | Executive Assistant An exclusive family office is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO/ Founder. The ideal candidate is committed, proactive, can keep up with a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs early, all while being extremely detailed. This is an on-site role in Westwood, with 24/7 availability required. Confidentiality is essential. It requires meticulous calendar management - both business and personal, owning all aspects of domestic and international travel, including private and commercial travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, ground transportation, dining reservations and contingency planning. You will serve as the main point of contact for all estate management operations, coordinating with vendors, property managers, and household staff. This role is best suited for a highly organized, discreet, and proactive professional who can effectively balance competing priorities, anticipate needs, and seamlessly manage the many moving pieces of the CEO's professional and personal life.
