Responsibilities Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and foresight. Prepare, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with attention to detail. Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including setting up conference rooms and managing calendar invitations. Utilize computer literacy skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace to enhance productivity. Demonstrate strong organizational skills by prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role within an office setting. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with professional phone etiquette. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently while supporting team objectives.
