We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Administrator to join our management team and work alongside the Executive Director to help ensure the day to day operations are running smoothly.
Required Qualifications:
Current RCFE Administrator's license 2-years of experience in managing an RCFE Knowledgeable of Title 22 regulations Experience in Human Resource Management including interviewing potential employees and taking proper disciplinary action Exceptional customer service skills Excellent communication skills Fluent in written and spoken English Adept at Microsoft Word and Excel Associate's degree Possesses strong leadership and conflict management skills Detail-oriented and organized Ability to multitask Ability to manage budgets and meet monthly targets Ability to market the facility Willing to work nights and weekends as needed Willing to be on-call 24/7 and respond to all emergencies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle stressful situations Passionate about assisting the elderly Outgoing, positive, and have an upbeat personality that brings liveliness to the community Must work well in a team settingPreferred Qualifications:
BA in Business Administration, Communications, Human Development, Gerontology, or similar fieldJob Duties:
Management and oversight of all departments including housekeeping, laundry, caregiving, janitor/maintenance, activities, dietary, office, and medications; respond to building emergencies as needed Communicate regularly with residents, family members, licensing, third party vendors, SNFs, hospitals, etc. Ensure the facility is compliant with all Title 22 regulations and covid policies and procedures Responsible for creating employee schedules, monitoring time and attendance, and submitting payroll; open to covering shifts (including nights and weekends) as needed Meet monthly revenue goals by increasing ALW census and collecting rent Operate within the provided monthly budget Maintain all resident files and ensure required documents are up to date Complete all reporting as required, including weekly administrator reports, revenue analysis, etc. Responsible for providing or organizing staff training including CPR, first aid, and 20-hours of required annual continuing education Responsible for maintaining accurate records and submitting documents to licensing as needed, including LIC500, LIC610E, and incident reports Hold monthly safety committee meetings, fire drills, emergency drills, elopement drills, etc. Complete regular resident room safety checksTruCare Community Offers:
