Modesto, CA Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant I provides administrative and functional support to the assigned Executive Leader, by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions, such as preparing mail distribution, correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. The position performs specifically defined administrative tasks and functions for the assigned executive. This position regularly works with all levels of management and multiple departments to complete assignments.
Responsibilites:
Executive Support Maintain and manage Executive Leader's calendar of upcoming appointments, key events and activities Schedule business travel arrangements and coordinates events and meetings, including preparation and delivery of meeting material Read incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plans their distribution Answer phone calls, takes messages, and distributes messages Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for executives Administration/Office Support Perform general office duties, such as maintaining records, managing databases, and performing intermediate bookkeeping Prepare invoices, reports, memos, correspondence, financial statements, emails presentations and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, and database or presentation software File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports; open, sorts, and maintain logs of offsite files Provide customer service in regard to ordering and processing of work requests and special needs Order supplies for common areas (printers, faxes) and other department supply needs Greet visitors and determines whether they should be given access to specific Performs other duties as assigned Some of our competitive offerings include generous benefits packages (Health, Dental, Vision, Life and

Hiring pay range:
$23.13 - 30.36
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related software. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures such as managing files and records, designing forms. Ability to work with highly sensitive material in a confidential manner Good analytical, planning, organizational, time management, interpersonal communication, mathematical and project coordination skills. Proficient 10-key skills.
Experience:
1 year minimum years of related experience
Education:
High School or GED and/or equivalent experience/training
Other Requirements:
Must be able to work overtime, when needed
