Job Description

Executive Assistant to CEO / Receptionist — Murrieta/Temecula Area Established land development company with approximately 50 years in business and a small professional staff is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO / Receptionist . We are looking for a mature, dependable, highly organized professional who can work closely with the CEO while managing front-office responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
Manage CEO's calendar, appointments and correspondence Answer and screen telephone calls and greet visitors Prepare professional letters, emails and documents Maintain organized electronic and paper files Coordinate meetings and follow up with consultants, engineers, attorneys and government agencies Assist with general office administration and project follow-up Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
5-10+ years of executive assistant or senior administrative experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Professional telephone and interpersonal skills Experience in land development, real estate, construction, engineering, legal or government-related work is highly desirable
Compensation:
Approximately $28-$35/hour , depending on qualifications and experience.
Position:
Temporary or temp-to-hire, with potential for permanent employment. Part time 20-30 hours per week.

Murrieta/Temecula area,
California Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
