We specialize in the acquisition, development, and management of rental housing and commercial properties. If you're seeking a rewarding career with growth opportunities, our company is the place for you! We are seeking a highly dynamic Executive Assistant to support multiple senior C-level executives. You will be a self-starter, organized, detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a perfect role for a tech-savvy candidate, emphasizing digital skills (such as Claude, Co-pilot and ChatGPT) and adaptability. What You Will Do Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive team members by managing complex calendars; coordinating internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and communications; arranging travel; handling a high volume of correspondence; and assisting with annual budget preparation. Will plan large company events. This position will include light bookkeeping duties. A valid driver's license is required, along with the willingness to use a personal vehicle for local errands. This role also requires sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information. Your position will be in our Rocklin, Ca corporate office and requires on-site presence. The salary range for this position is $43.50-48.50/per hour.
