Job Description
The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative and operational support to executive leadership. This role manages complex scheduling, communication flow, meeting coordination, and project support while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism. The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to executives by anticipating needs, streamlining workflows, and ensuring day‑to‑day operations run efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate multi‑step logistics.
Act as primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
Draft, proofread, and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up as needed.
Maintain and organize confidential records, documents, and executive files.
Assist with project coordination, research, and high‑priority initiatives on behalf of leadership.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
Support event planning including executive meetings, retreats, and company functions.
Handle ad‑hoc tasks to support executive efficiency and organizational goals.
