Executive Assistant to Top Producing Realtor | $75,000 - $90,000 yearly | North Park Robert moves fast, thinks big, and stays focused on relationships and growth. He needs someone who loves the ground game, someone who finds genuine satisfaction in a clean transaction, a well-run system, and a client who feels completely taken care of. You manage transactions from contract to close, own the CRM, support the team, and protect Robert's time, not because someone is watching, but because that is simply the standard you hold yourself to. When Robert is running behind because he's deep in a relationship or a deal, you're the one keeping his clients informed and at ease. That's the job. Not covering for him, extending him. When a client is handed off to you, they should feel like they are still in the best hands in San Diego. Warm, thorough, and nothing falling through the cracks. Compensation:
$75,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, facilitating smooth operations and communication. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering timely updates and addressing inquiries with professionalism. Organize and prioritize Robert's schedule, safeguarding his time for strategic activities and client engagements. Prepare and manage documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Facilitate communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment for successful transactions.
Qualifications:
Experience in managing real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ability to maintain and update CRM systems with precision, keeping client information current and accessible. Proven track record of providing comprehensive administrative support, enhancing team efficiency and communication. Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage executive schedules, safeguarding time for strategic activities. Excellent communication skills to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering updates and addressing inquiries professionally. Detail-oriented in preparing and managing documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Ability to facilitate communication between clients, agents, and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment for successful transactions.
