Executive Assistant

Buynak Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Firm, ensuring that administrative, financial, and office systems run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable and comfortable handling both administrative responsibilities, office activities (all filings, supplies, organization, client reception, conferencing, Zoom, rental logs, etc.) and even the occasional legal task and some bookkeeping. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred , although we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates initiative, accuracy and professionalism. This position does not include tax planning, tax return preparation, or financial matters. This is a full time or part-time position, depending on qualifications.

Pay:

$50,743.15 - $61,110.03 per year
