Full Job Description Compensation:
Compensation is commesurate with experience. Salary Range $85k- $115k/yr. This position is full time with benefits including health insurance, 401K, and paid leave. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a CEO in a creative, design-driven environment. The right candidate will play an integral role in shaping projects, strengthening communications, and ensuring seamless daily operations. Prunuske Chatham, Inc. (PCI Ecological) is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team in Sebastopol, CA. PCI is a small, multi-disciplinary firm that specializes in ecological restoration throughout Northern California. Our team of scientists, planners, landscape architects, engineers, and construction staff work collaboratively to produce high quality outcomes for our clients. Our work focuses on environmental restoration, habitat enhancement, and landscape design, with an emphasis on rivers and floodplains to recover salmonid populations in California. PCI is committed to maintaining a workplace that fosters creativity and produces tangible benefits for our clients and the environment. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Executive Assistant to support the CEO in both personal and professional capacities. The ideal candidate has a background in landscape architecture and brings strong design literacy, project coordination skills, and exceptional written communication abilities. This role requires someone who is comfortable shifting seamlessly between high-level strategic support and day-to-day operational tasks. This is a dynamic position for a resourceful, detail oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in anticipating needs before they arise.Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination Coordinate travel arrangements Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Prepare meeting materials and follow-up documentation Project & Design Support Assist in managing design and development projects from concept through completion Coordinate timelines, vendors, consultants, and deliverables Review and edit proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials Support research, site documentation, and project organization Maintain project files and documentation systems Operations & Administrative Tasks Run errands and manage day-to-day logistical needs (including meals, deliveries, and appointments) Support office organization and systems development Track expenses and assist with budgeting and reporting Writing & Editing Edit and refine design proposals, marketing materials, and written communications Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging Draft internal memos and external communications on behalf of theCEO Qualifications:
Background in Landscape Architecture or related design field preferred Strong project management and organizational skills Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities High level of discretion and professionalism Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently Comfortable managing both strategic tasks and hands-on errands Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Key Traits:
