Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-minded Lead Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Quantinuum. This role is responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, facilitating communications, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of executive priorities. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, have experience of working with boards of directors, and be able to demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic, global, fast-paced technology environment. \n
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Calendar Management Manage complex and frequently changing executive calendars, prioritizing competing demands and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, materials, and follow-up actions- including Board and Board committee meetings Anticipate executive needs and proactively address scheduling conflicts and operational challenges.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders in a fast-paced business environment with the appropriate sense of urgency. Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status. Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.WE VALUE
Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Flexibility and willingness to work across time zones Experience supporting executives within technology, engineering, research, or high-growth organizations. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Experience coordinating international travel and global meetings. Strong project coordination and event planning experience. Experience working across global teams and time zones. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels. \n $80,000- $110,000 a year Incentive Eligible
- Range posted is inclusive of bonus target. The pay range for this role is $80,000
- $110,000 annually .
