This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-touch, high-expectation environments and feels completely at ease interacting with ultra-high-net-worth individuals. This position is 100% on-site , with hours of 8:30-5:00pm.
What You'll Do:
Manage calendars for the Managing Partners, including appointment prioritization Handle internal team communication between Managing Partners Coordinate travel planning and logistics Act as the first point of contact for investors and guests
•welcoming them, setting the tone, and ensuring a seamless, elevated experience Prepare meeting rooms for internal team huddles and high-stakes external meetings Coordinate and prepare meeting materials in advance Coordinate office events: team events, hosting company in the office, staff birthdays, staff work anniversaries Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and flawlessly Support internal team communication and coordination Order and manage office supplies, deliveries, and vendors Maintain a pristine, well-organized office environment Make and manage coffee service and other hospitality needs Ensure office technology (printers, AV, meeting room equipment) is always functioning properly Edit and distribute a newsletter Update and maintain the company website as needed
Who We're Looking For:
Background in wealth management, venture capital, private banking, hedge funds, or investment advisory firms Prior exposure to founders, LPs, and high-profile or ultra-high-net-worth investors Comfortable and confident operating in rooms with senior-level stakeholders Highly proactive: you don't wait to be told what's needed

Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $90,000
