You will play a crucial role in streamlining operations, managing communications, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, agents, and vendors. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the real estate executives. Prepare and organize real estate documents, contracts, and presentations with attention to detail. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication. Assist in marketing efforts, including social media updates, listing promotions, and client outreach. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently. Maintain and update client databases, transaction records, and office files to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support administrative tasks such as expense reporting, travel arrangements, and office supply management. Be ready willing and able to show prospective buyers homes Communicate effectively with team owner and clients Qualifications Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the real estate industry Strong knowledge of real estate terminology, processes, and documentation Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Google (Mail, Drive, and other tools) and real estate CRM software Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong interpersonal skills Active Colorado Real Estate License About-our-team Hudson Stonegate Team is comprised of a team of local real estate professionals committed to selling some of the most desired homes in Denver Metro.
