Job Description
Job Summary Seeking a polished, highly organized Corporate Flight Attendant / Executive Assistant to support a private executive and provide professional cabin service aboard a Gulfstream G-IVSP. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys private aviation and travel but is interested in a more predictable, full-time schedule than a traditional flight attendant role. When not traveling, the position provides executive and administrative support, creating a balance between aviation, travel, and office-based responsibilities. The ideal candidate is discreet, proactive, flexible, and comfortable managing changing priorities. Duties Provide day-to-day support primarily to the CEO Coordinate itineraries, reservations, transportation, and other logistics Assist with correspondence, research, expenses, purchases, and special projects Track follow-up items and help ensure priorities are completed on schedule Coordinate with vendors, service providers, employees, and other contacts Maintain organized files, records, and travel-related documentation Provide general executive and administrative support as needed Maintain strict confidentiality regarding business and personal matters Travel aboard the company aircraft as needed and provide professional passenger service Coordinate aircraft catering, provisioning, and trip-related logistics Assist with cabin preparation and post-flight restocking when traveling Work with pilots, FBOs, caterers, and ground transportation providers as needed Qualifications Corporate or private aviation flight attendant experience preferred Gulfstream experience preferred Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or high-end hospitality experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Highly professional, discreet, and service-oriented Ability to work independently and anticipate needs Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally Valid passport and driver's license Current aviation safety/emergency training preferred
