Part-Time About the PositionWe are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to support two growing companies: Uniquely Cleaned LLP and Youth Empowerment. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, follow up on tasks, and work independently. Additional hours and responsibilities may become available as the organizations grow. Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and reminders
- Assist with emails, phone calls, scheduling, and follow-up
- Organize files, records, spreadsheets, and databases for both companies
- Prepare letters, forms, reports, and other documents
- Track deadlines, paperwork, applications, and compliance records
- Assist with employee, new-hire, training, and personnel documentation
- Support invoicing, accounts receivable, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare meeting agendas and notes
- Order supplies and support office organization
- Assist with special projects and events
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Perform other administrative duties as neededQualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and follow through
- Ability to manage records for two separate businesses
- Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technology
- Reliability and dependabilityPreferred
- Administrative or office management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Spreadsheet, scheduling, document management, or data-entry experience
- Familiarity with HR paperwork, payroll, invoicing, or accounts receivable
- Experience in youth services, social services, education, healthcare, or another regulated fieldSchedule and CompensationApproximately 10-15 hours per week to start, with a combination of regular office hours and flexibility based on business needs.
Starting pay: $19.50 per hourPerformance and compensation will be reviewed after approximately 90 days, with potential for increased hours, responsibilities, and compensation.
