Job Description
Water's Edge Resort and Spa is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and highly professional Executive Assistant. This position provides executive-level administrative support to the President while serving as a key member of the Human Resources team, assisting with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains the highest level of confidentiality, and enjoys supporting both executive leadership and employees. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the President, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and confidential documents. Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes. Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee communications. Maintain personnel files and HR records while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Support benefits administration, training records, employment verifications, and HR reporting. Coordinate employee engagement activities, training initiatives, and company events. Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, vendors, mail, filing systems, and visitor reception. Assist with special projects and provide administrative support to the leadership team. At least two years of administrative, executive assistant, or HR support experience. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality. Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
