Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in Washington, District of Columbia. This Contract position will play a key role in keeping executive priorities organized, ensuring schedules run smoothly, and coordinating business travel and meetings with precision. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex executive calendars, balancing shifting priorities and scheduling needs across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including itineraries, reservations, and related logistics.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules for leadership, ensuring materials, timing, and attendee details are aligned in advance.
  • Support executives with day-to-day administrative tasks that improve organization and efficiency.
  • Monitor schedule changes and respond quickly to conflicts, updates, and urgent requests.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate travel and meeting details to help leadership stay informed and on track.
