AB_5033164 Are you a proactive, detail-oriented administrative professional looking to support key leadership in a impactful nonpartisan organization? Randstad USA is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant for a prominent, nonpartisan civic organization based in Washington, DC. In this dynamic, hybrid role, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, President, and Board of Directors, ensuring efficient executive operations and advancing organizational priorities. You will oversee strategic calendar management, travel arrangements, executive communications, high-level board coordination, and meeting logistics in a fast-paced environment.
salary:
$35 - $38 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities CEO & Administrative Support (60%): Strategically manage the CEO's calendar, prioritizing commitments and resolving conflicts. Track action items, organize meeting briefing materials, and prepare presentations/notes. Collaborate on messaging, speeches, talking points, and executive correspondence. Coordinate travel logistics, prepare itineraries, and submit expense reports. Manage public inboxes, screen inquiries, and assist with special administrative projects. Board of Directors Support (25%): Work with leadership to maintain a smooth, compliant annual board cycle. Coordinate board/committee meeting logistics, materials, catering, and travel arrangements. Record and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and presentations; track action items. Maintain accurate board records, contact lists, and assist with member onboarding/offboarding. Meetings & Strategic Communication (15%): Coordinate internal (all-staff) and external meetings, including slide deck creation and follow-ups. Draft memos, informational materials, and project updates on behalf of the Executive team. Liaise with key partners, coalitions, and stakeholders; support project management for national events.
