Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time Executive Assistant (SES Support) in Washington, DC (SSP Headquarters) .Contingency Notice:
This position is contingent on the award of a federal contract.Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level administrative support to Senior Executive Service (SES) leadership at SSP Headquarters. Manage complex calendars, prioritize executive schedules, and coordinate high-level meetings and engagements. Develop and track executive-level deliverables, action items, and program milestones. Draft and manage high-level correspondence, reports, and briefing materials for leadership decision-making. Coordinate executive travel arrangements using DTS and ensure compliance with travel policies. Plan and support executive meetings, including preparing materials, capturing minutes, and tracking follow-ups. Maintain records, files, and documentation in accordance with federal and Navy requirements. Support organizational alignment by coordinating across branches and providing recommendations to leadership. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols and handle sensitive/executive information securely. Resolve complex administrative issues and operate with a high degree of independence and discretion.Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 6 years of executive administrative support experience. Experience supporting SES-level or senior executive leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance. Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Prior experience supporting DoD or Navy senior leadership. Experience with executive-level correspondence and briefing materials. Familiarity with DTS, SMARTS, and SEAS systems.
