Job Description
This position serves as the Assistant Director of the Executive Secretariat in the Department of Justice, Executive Records and Information Management (ERIM) office. The Assistant Director is responsible for first-line supervision of Executive Correspondence Analysis supporting Departmental leadership in the review and approval of official documents and records. To qualify for the position of Supervisory Program Management Specialist (Assistant Director, Executive Secretariat), at GS-0301-14, you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below.
Specialized Experience:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or equivalent band in the Federal service, which includes: Developing policies, processes and/or procedures that improve the flow of communications within the agency; Assessing the efficiency or effectiveness of Executive Correspondence Management (ECM) unit; Developing strategies to resolve issues that impact Executive Correspondence Unit program goals or objectives. You MUST meet all qualification requirements, including time-in-grade, by 09/21/2026 of this announcement.
