Temporary-to-Hire Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior scientific leadership in a professional office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping an office organized, supporting executives, coordinating schedules, and making sure day-to-day operations run smoothly. The schedule is very flexible, making this a great opportunity for an experienced administrative professional looking for a part-time role. What You'll Do Provide administrative and office support to senior executives. Answer and direct phone calls and greet clients, visitors, and candidates. Coordinate meetings, calendars, interviews, and onsite interview logistics. Arrange catering and support meeting needs. Order and maintain office supplies. Keep kitchen and shared office areas organized and properly stocked. Manage outgoing mail, FedEx, and other deliveries. Assist executives with various administrative tasks and projects. Support department purchase orders and contract administration. Help keep daily office operations running efficiently. Handle confidential information professionally. Take on additional administrative responsibilities as needed. What We're Looking For High school diploma required; additional education or training preferred. Previous administrative, office management, executive support, or office coordination experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing needs. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional, friendly, and customer-service-oriented approach. Strong attention to detail and active listening skills. Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
