~$80,000 + bonus potential About the Role We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support Paris Robbins, Chief BD Officer, in our fast-paced Miami office. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a high-performance business environment. The Executive Assistant will be the right hand to the CBDO, helping streamline operations, manage priorities, and general admin office support. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the daily schedule, including meetings, travel, and calls. Manage pipeline through Salesforce Process applications and communication with high level partners. Assist with general office administrative tasks Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Provide personal assistance as needed to enable the CBDO to maximize business performance.

What We're Looking For Experience:

At least one year of experience in an administrative or executive support role

Skills:

Salesforce experience preferred, organizational skills, polished written/verbal communication.

Mindset:

Outgoing, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
