Duties Wealthbox Management:
Maintain accurate client data and execute workflows within our Wealthbox CRM.Client Relations:
Serve as the first point of contact, providing a warm and professional experience over the phone and in person.Calendar Oversight:
Manage complex scheduling for client meetings and internal appointments.Digital Organization:
Maintain a high level of order across all client documents and office filing systems.Event Coordination:
Assist in the planning, logistics, and on-site support for firm seminars and events. Experience Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role. People Person! Demonstrated expertise in calendar management, project coordination, and office administration using tools like Microsoft Office. Strong typing skills coupled with transcription experience to produce accurate documentation quickly. Familiarity with digital signature platforms like DocuSign. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with professional phone etiquette. Experience providing personal assistant support is highly desirable.
