Nightwing is seeking an Executive Administrator to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to a senior executive. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Administrator serves as a trusted partner to leadership, ensuring efficient operations and effective coordination across the organization. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and prioritization of appointments and meetings Coordinate domestic travel arrangements Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and briefing materials Screen and manage incoming communications, responding or redirecting as appropriate Draft and edit correspondence on behalf of executives Meeting & Project Coordination Organize leadership meetings and company events Prepare meeting minutes and track action items Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects Monitor deadlines and follow up on deliverables Communication & Liaison Act as a point of contact between executives, staff, clients, and external stakeholders Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Facilitate communication across departments Office & Administrative Management Maintain filing systems and executive documentation Oversee expense reporting and budget tracking Improve administrative processes and systems Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives or C-level leadership Skills & Competencies Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities High level of discretion and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools Ability to anticipate needs and work independently Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Key Attributes Strategic thinker with attention to detail Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills Resourceful and proactive At Nightwing, we value collaboration and teamwork.
