The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide direct, high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer and members of the executive leadership team. This individual will serve as a trusted partner and strategic facilitator, ensuring precision, discretion, and efficiency in the operations of the executive office.
The ideal candidate is a composed professional who anticipates needs, exercises impeccable judgment, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This position demands excellence in written and verbal communication, organizational acumen, and an instinct for navigating complex priorities with professionalism and grace.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, confidential administrative support to the CEO and executive team.
Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics with exceptional accuracy.
Prepare and refine correspondence, presentations, and reports, including materials for the Board of Directors and its committees.
Record and maintain Board and committee minutes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage cross-company coordination and follow-through on executive priorities.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest professional standards.
Represent the CEO's office with professionalism in internal and external interactions.
Support special projects, leadership events, and organizational initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred).
Minimum of four (4) years' experience providing executive-level support, ideally within a complex or multi-entity organization.
Demonstrated excellence in communication, judgment, and organizational skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration platforms.
