Job Description
Executive Assistant Orlando, FL Full-Time | On Site | Monday-Friday We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and proactive Executive Assistant to directly support the CEO and leadership team. This is a high-visibility role that requires someone who can operate independently, anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and keep operations running smoothly with minimal direction. We are looking for a polished professional with strong executive support experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly step in and make an immediate impact. Key Responsibilities Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and executive communications Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Serve as a liaison between leadership, staff, vendors, and external partners Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure timely completion Organize meetings, take meeting notes, and distribute action items Assist with office operations, document management, and executive priorities Help streamline processes and improve administrative efficiency across departments Support special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned Qualifications 5+ years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative support experience required Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership strongly preferred Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Highly professional demeanor with excellent judgment and discretion Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Healthcare, nonprofit, or multi-site organization experience is a plus Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
