Job Description

Marketing Coordinator & Analyst Position Overview This role combines operational coordination with analytical support, enabling the marketing team to execute efficiently, maintain brand consistency, and respond quickly to business needs. Reporting into the CMO, this position supports cross-functional marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, highly analytical, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office, hourly position in our Orlando, FL corporate office. Join the Andretti Team Andretti Indoor Karting & Games (AIKG) is a rapidly growing Family Entertainment company. Our multiple AIKG locations feature high-speed, high-tech indoor Karting on multilevel tracks, multi-player immersive Virtual Reality Simulators, Arcade fun, and sophisticated restaurants & event spaces featuring scratch cocktails and culinary creations crafted in our kitchens.

  • Accident, Critical Illness and Voluntary Life Insurance Key Responsibilities Marketing Operations & Coordination Manage and fulfill POS (Point-of-Sale) and marketing material requests across all locations.
Coordinate the ordering and distribution of collateral and promotional materials for brand-wide campaigns and local initiatives. Support execution of national promotions by ensuring locations receive correct materials and guidance. Provide coverage and support for locations without a Marketing Specialist or during PTO gaps. Assist with proofing marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with campaign objectives. Reporting & Analytics Support Generate and distribute recurring marketing performance reports (traffic, bookings, campaign results). Support the team with data gathering and analysis to understand performance brand wide. Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to support strategic initiatives, competitive insights, and local market understanding. Digital Presence & Listings Management Maintain and update location listings, hours, and key business information across digital platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.). Ensure accuracy and consistency across all online brand touchpoints. Customer Engagement & Reputation Management Monitor and respond to customer reviews in a timely, brand-appropriate manner. Manage and respond to "Contact Us" inquiries, particularly for New Store Openings (NSO), ensuring prompt and helpful communication. Escalate customer concerns as needed to appropriate internal teams. Asset & Content Management Organize and maintain a centralized library of photo and video assets, ensuring accessibility and proper usage. Support content requests from internal teams and external partners. Research & Continuous Improvement Conduct market, competitor, and campaign research to support marketing planning and innovation. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a business role including analytics, or operations. Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus. Extremely comfortable with AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, - ideally knows how to create AI prompts.
