Performance-based bonuses Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced, high-volume real estate team. This is an entry-level 1099 contractor role, ideal for someone looking to build experience in real estate operations while supporting leadership and contributing to daily business success. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-driven, and thrives in a performance-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Manage listing documentation, data entry, and client communications Support listing marketing efforts and open house coordination Assist with the planning and coordination of team events Support CRM management, reporting, and lead tracking Delegate and coordinate daily tasks with a Virtual Assistant Participate in ongoing training and professional development Maintain organization, accuracy, and follow-through across tasks Ideal Candidate Qualifications Highly organized with strong attention to detail Professional, clear communicator (written and verbal) Proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Self-motivated and accountable (independent contractor role) Interest in real estate operations or team support preferred Why This Opportunity?
