Job Description

Executive & Personal Assistant Location:
Palm Beach, FL Schedule:
Full-time, approximately 40 hours/week | Standard business hours
Compensation:
$20-$30 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Executive & Personal Assistant to provide support across both business and personal responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate who is looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations, organization, communication, and executive support. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks with discretion and attention to detail. No two days will necessarily be the same, and the ability to prioritize and adapt is essential. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support. Manage scheduling, appointments, calendars, and reminders. Assist with business projects, research, communications, and general office tasks. Coordinate meetings, reservations, travel, errands, and other logistics. Handle occasional personal and household-related tasks and errands. Prepare documents, organize files, and maintain accurate records. Make phone calls, coordinate with vendors and service providers, and follow up on outstanding items. Assist with purchasing, deliveries, returns, and other day-to-day needs. Help keep projects and tasks organized and on schedule. Handle confidential and personal information with discretion. Take initiative to identify tasks that need to be completed and follow through independently. Qualifications Recent college graduate or early-career professional preferred. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional, personable, and dependable. Comfortable learning new systems and handling multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Comfortable performing both professional and personal tasks. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is smart, trustworthy, proactive, and eager to learn. The right person will be comfortable taking direction but also capable of working independently, solving problems, and getting things done without needing constant supervision.
