Job Description

Job Summary Every job at Wire Wizard starts with a phone call, and we want that call answered by someone who makes customers feel like they just found the best electrician in Central Florida. We're looking for a sharp, upbeat, and highly organized professional to be the voice of Wire Wizard and the right hand to the owner . This is a full-time, on-site role that blends two jobs into one: you'll own the customer experience from first call to paid invoice, and you'll help the owner stay focused by managing his calendar, inbox, and priority projects. Wire Wizard is a growing residential and commercial electrical contractor serving Volusia, Flagler, Seminole, Orange, and Lake Counties, and it's part of a small family of home service companies that are building something bigger. If you love being the person who keeps everything moving, this is your seat. Customer Service & Dispatch (the heartbeat of the business) Answer inbound calls, texts, emails, and web leads quickly and warmly , and turn inquiries into booked jobs . Schedule and dispatch electricians in our field service software, balancing urgency, drive time, and technician skill. Keep customers informed with appointment confirmations, on-my-way updates, and follow-ups. Follow up on open estimates and proposals to help win more work . Create invoices, collect payments, and follow up on past-due accounts. Request reviews from happy customers and help grow our 5-star reputation . Handle concerns with calm and professionalism, and route issues to the right person fast. Operations Support Coordinate with general contractors, builders, and property managers on job schedules and paperwork. Help manage permits and schedule inspections with local building departments. Place material orders and coordinate with suppliers. Keep customer records, job notes, and files clean and up to date. Executive Assistant to the Owner Manage the owner's calendar, inbox, and meeting schedule . Track priority projects and deadlines, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Prepare simple reports on calls, bookings, revenue, and collections.
Support hiring and onboarding:
post jobs, screen applicants, and schedule interviews. Help build and document systems and processes as the company grows. Assist with special projects across our family of home service companies as needed.
What Success Looks Like:
Calls answered live, leads responded to fast, and a high booking rate . A full, well-organized schedule for our electricians every day. Estimates followed up, invoices sent same day, and receivables kept current. A steady stream of new 5-star reviews. An owner who spends less time on admin and more time growing the business.

Friendly, confident, and professional on the phone Highly organized and detail-oriented Proactive problem solver who takes ownership Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities Clear, professional written and verbal communicator Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software
Experience & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in customer service, dispatch, office administration, or executive support Office experience in home services or the trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction) strongly preferred Experience with field service software (Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar) a plus Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience a plus Bilingual English/Spanish a plus High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
