ASSISTANT or as a Realtor in our local market. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be a part of our real estate operations, providing essential administrative support and ensuring seamless management of transactions. Advanced tech skills and strong client-facing interpersonal skills are a requirement. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the real estate industry while making a meaningful impact on clients' property journeys. Our highly productive group represents some of Sarasota's finest luxury properties. We are looking for someone with experience in high-volume settings, with an emphasis on client facing skills. We are looking for a conscientious, detailed person who can transition seamlessly from showing multi-million properties to administrative in-office duties. Knowledge of real estate and the housing market in Sarasota and the surrounding areas is vital. The ideal candidate is both personable and detail-oriented. Duties Assist in managing real estate transactions from initial offer to closing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and deadlines are met Support agents with client communication, building rapport and maintaining excellent customer service throughout the sales process Conduct market analysis to stay informed about current industry trends, pricing strategies, and neighborhood developments Attend showings, inspections, and listing appointments. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and marketing efforts to attract potential buyers and sellers Utilize sales technology and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and transaction progress Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms while adhering to Fair Housing regulations Prepare marketing materials using Microsoft Office tools to promote listings effectively and professionally Experience Proven administrative experience within the real estate industry demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with managing real estate transactions, including offer negotiations and deal closing procedures Experience with real estate sales, residential transactions, or practicing real estate is highly desirable Knowledge of local MLS systems and Dotloop, with proficiency in all forms of technology is a must. Comfortable adopting new sales technology platforms and CRM systems supported by the industry or company standards Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client rapport building and effective client communication
Requirements Appearance Standard:
This role requires a conservative, professional presentation. All visible tattoos and body art must be completely covered by standard work attire at all times while on duty.
