This role blends personal assistant duties with administrative and business support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable managing a wide range of responsibilities, professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage email correspondence and assist with general administrative tasks Handle personal errands Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files and records Assist with billing, expense tracking, and light bookkeeping tasks Serve as a liaison with vendors, contractors, and service providers Provide administrative support related to real estate, construction, or development projects, if applicable Qualifications Prior experience in a similar Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or family office role Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Attributes Service-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude Ability to manage both personal and professional tasks seamlessly
