Executive Assistant

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive client in Sandy Springs, GA in their search for an Executive Assistant to support the C-Suite and leadership. This is a

DIRECT HIRE

(permanent) position. Candidates to be considered must live in the Atlanta, GA area since 100% in-office work will be required.

Job Requirements:

MUST have 5+ years of EA experience supporting C-Suite executives. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must be skilled at heavy calendar management and complex travel arrangements. Must be polished, professional and maintain confidentiality at all times. Must be willing to manage a variety of office responsibilities outside of typical EA duties. Must possess strong verbal & written communication skills to handle routine correspondence. The ability to anticipate needs and excellent attention to detail are expected. Excellent technical skills are REQUIRED, especially in all Microsoft Office applications, scheduling platforms and emerging AI applications. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
