Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role involves managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with professionalism. A key aspect of this position includes managing membership software to facilitate member engagement and streamline administrative processes. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to CEO, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing correspondence. Oversee membership software management, ensuring accurate data entry, updating member information, and facilitating communication with members. Coordinate internal and external communications, including drafting emails, memos, and reports. Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in both digital and physical formats. Assist in planning events, meetings, and conferences as needed. Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting for leadership team members. Support special projects by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing presentations. Act as a point of contact between CEO and external partners, maintaining professionalism at all times. Skills Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong proficiency with membership management software and related tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members. Pay:
$12.00 - $16.00 per hour
