Coordinate with agents, lenders, closing attorneys, vendors, and other transaction participants. Track deadlines and outstanding items, bringing potential issues to the team's attention promptly. Maintain accurate client records and support relationship follow-up through Keller Williams Command. Assist with listing materials, client communications, and marketing projects using Canva. Maintain checklists, procedures, calendars, and organized files. Support business reporting, including spreadsheets, expense tracking, and profit-and-loss reporting. Improve workflows and use AI tools thoughtfully, with attention to accuracy and client confidentiality. Provide administrative support to the team lead and team members. Required qualifications Active Georgia real estate license. Minimum of two years of hands-on real estate administrative experience, including listing coordination and contract-to-close support. Proficiency with Keller Williams Command, Canva, and Excel. Experience serving luxury clients or providing a high level of personalized client service. Experience maintaining business reports and improving administrative systems. Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, and in person. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through. Proficiency with real estate technology and transaction management platforms. Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and responsive service. Discretion when handling confidential client and business information.
