Executive Assistant to CEO

Job Description

Seeking executive assistant to CEO Reasonably flexible schedule with strong organization skills and ability to prioritize work Must be detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task. Must have outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent telephone and other communication skills. Ability to take direction, report, and work independently in fast-paced environment. Ability to work on new program development with excellent research skills. Must be able to arrange all travel for the CEO including hotel arrangements, travel, car service, entertainment (if applicable). Must be able to organize and oversee all staff that report to CEO whether directly or indirectly. Candidate must be highly motivated with positive attitude. Professional demeanor and appearance. Ability to handle confidential material and assure discreet handling of all business and personal matters. Typing minimum of 70 wpm Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Public Folders, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc. Strong proofreading skills. Overall flexibility. Dictation and/or transcription skills a plus!
