Job Description:
Our client, a leader in aerospace manufacturing , is hiring a Executive Assistant to join their team in Cedar Rapids, IA! •This is a 12-month W2 contract with benefits•As the Executive Assistant , you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to a Senior Director of Program Management and the broader leadership team, managing complex scheduling, coordinating travel and events, and supporting departmental operations in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and prioritize engagements Monitor communications and highlight urgent matters Coordinate domestic/international travel and prepare expense reports Schedule meetings and organize onsite/offsite events , including logistics and catering Support department operations (calendars, org charts, distribution lists) Track budgets and assist with planning Create, edit, and proofread presentations, reports, and communications Administer Teams/Point sites and maintain content/access Coordinate team events, All Hands, and leadership meetings Support onboarding and collaborate cross-functionally on projects
Desired Skills:
6-10+ years of administrative or executive support experience (supporting Director-level or above preferred) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365) Experience with SAP, Concur, Point, and Microsoft Teams Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Experience with event planning and coordination preferred Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
