We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling a variety of clerical tasks with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to help drive productivity and foster positive client and internal relationships. Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives with precision and attention to detail. Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Word processing and productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Organize files, maintain accurate records, and oversee document management through filing systems—both physical and digital—ensuring easy retrieval. Assist with data entry tasks, update spreadsheets, and manage databases to support operational efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; education in business or a related field is a plus. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role with office management responsibilities. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Outlook and familiarity with productivity software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience with data entry, filing systems, proofreading, and document management. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written. Strong time management skills coupled with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality. Must have a valid Driver's license.
