Job Description
We're seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Executive Director to enhance our residents' lives in a vibrant assisted living community. If you're a compassionate leader with a passion for service, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Oversee Maintenance and Food Services, ensuring compliance and excellence in resident care.Financial Stewardship:
Ensure timely vendor payments and adherence to the budget to promote community profitability.Team Building:
Recruit, inspire, and retain a dedicated team that reflects our mission and values.Conflict Resolution:
Address and resolve concerns from residents, families, and staff with sensitivity and professionalism.Community Engagement:
Conduct daily walk-throughs to foster resident interactions and maintain a welcoming environment.Marketing & Relations:
Boost occupancy through proactive marketing efforts and community relationships.Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field, or a combination of experience and education, will be considered. 3+ years of experience in senior living, healthcare management, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role. Some understanding of state and federal regulations related to assisted living facilities. Proven financial management experience. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
