Robert Half is partnering with a well established organization in Muscatine looking for an Executive Assistant. This is an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives on autonomy, judgment, and trust — someone who knows how to partner with a senior executive and keep a complex organization moving.

What You'll Be Trusted To DoServe as the primary Executive Assistant to this executive, with light support to a small senior leadership groupOwn complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense managementAct as a gatekeeper and trusted partner — knowing when to protect time and when to lean inPrepare meeting materials, briefings, presentations, and executive communicationsCoordinate logistics for leadership meetings, offsites, and events (virtual and in‑person)Track key initiatives and follow up on deliverables with confidence and discretionPartner closely with other Executive Assistants across the organizationHandle sensitive information with professionalism and sound judgmentWhat Success Looks LikeYou're proactive, organized, and comfortable operating with minimal day‑to‑day directionYou ask smart questions, anticipate needs, and adapt quickly when priorities shiftYou understand how senior leaders think — and how to support them effectivelyYou're confident navigating a large organization and collaborating across teamsYou bring maturity, resilience, and a 'steady hand' to your work
