at Robert Half in Addison, Illinois, United States Job Description Description Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership team. This role combines executive administration, coordination across stakeholders, and follow-through on priority initiatives in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, exceptional organization, and the ability to manage confidential matters with professionalism while helping leaders stay focused on strategic objectives. This position offers a salary of $90,000
  • 110,00 + health, vision, dental insurance + 401K w/match + PTO and more.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee intricate executive calendars, align competing priorities, and resolve scheduling conflicts to keep leadership time focused on critical business needs.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including transportation, lodging, and itinerary management, while adapting quickly to changes.
  • Prepare, review, and refine executive correspondence, presentation materials, leadership reports, and summary documents with a high level of accuracy.
  • Track action items and strategic initiatives from leadership meetings, monitor progress, and help ensure key deliverables are completed on time.
  • Serve as a central point of contact between executives and internal or external partners, promoting clear communication and timely follow-up.
  • Manage expense submissions, support budget-related administrative tasks, and help maintain adherence to reporting and approval standards.
  • Coordinate agendas, materials, and logistics for executive meetings, board sessions, quarterly leadership gatherings, and other special events.
  • Safeguard confidential records and sensitive communications while maintaining organized files, documentation, and executive information flow.

  • 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a high-level administrative, operational, or strategic support role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, executive meetings, and multi-layered travel arrangements with minimal oversight.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing business correspondence and executive materials.
  • Proven discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality in executive environments.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a reliable, dependable approach to daily responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in compliance-related administrative processes such as expense documentation, record management, and information control.
  • Experience working within a global or financial services environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
