The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $29-49/hr. Rewards and Benefits

Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills. Serves as a key administrative partner to Vice Presidents, managing high-volume calendars, coordinating cross-functional meetings, and supporting internal and external communications. This role requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to anticipate needs.

You Will:

Manage leaders' calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate meeting logistics. Coordinate travel and itineraries for the leader and their team, as needed.

Anticipates needs and streamlines processes for aligned VPs

Prepare reports, communications, and presentation materials

Manage department events and employee engagement activities, including managing logistics such as venue, food, and onsite support

Partner with stakeholders and other departments to support business operations

Serve as a liaison between the VP and internal/external stakeholders

Manage departmental systems and expense tracking, including generating routine reports to support operational efficiency and budget oversight

Plays a key role in onboarding and backup support for other admins

Demonstrates knowledge of business operations and supports process improvements

You Have:

3+ years of administrative experience

Experience supporting multiple executive leaders and/or departments

High School Diploma or equivalent

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

High attention to detail and strong customer service orientation
