A hospitality industry is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, high-energy Executive Assistant to step into a fast-paced, high-growth environment in the West Loop of Chicago. Executive Assistant:
Own and manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing meetings and optimizing schedules Coordinate travel logistics, including detailed itineraries, flights, and accommodations Act as a key liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external partners Create and prepare polished presentations, reports, and meeting materials Support high-level meetings, events, and on-site logistics Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism Jump in on ad hoc projects and office operations to keep everything running seamlessly Qualifications of the
Executive Assistant:
2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or high-impact administrative role Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effortlessly Strong communication skills-both written and verbal Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully in-office environment Professional, adaptable, and eager to take initiative B - 2
