Job Description

The Executive Assistant to the C-Suite provides high-level executive support to three C-suite leaders while serving as a proactive business partner who helps maximize leadership effectiveness, organizational alignment, and execution of strategic priorities. This role extends beyond traditional administrative support, requiring exceptional judgment, business acumen, forward thinking, and the ability to anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and independently drive follow-through. Operating within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment undergoing significant transformation, the Executive Assistant must be comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to evolving priorities, and helping leaders remain focused on the activities that matter most to the business. The individual will serve as a central point of coordination across executive calendars, meetings, communications, projects, and key initiatives while ensuring important commitments and decisions translate into action. The ideal candidate is confident, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to think several steps ahead, constructively challenge assumptions, connect information across functions, and exercise sound judgment without requiring constant direction. Success in this role requires more than keeping executives organized; it requires understanding the business, recognizing what needs attention, and proactively helping the organization move forward. Key Responsibilities Strategic Executive Partnership Executive Calendar and Time Management Business Operations and Organizational Coordination Transformation and Change Leadership Communication, Relationships, and Confidentiality Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered. Five or more years of experience supporting C-suite leaders, in a fast-paced, complex business environment. Experience supporting multiple executives with competing priorities and complex scheduling demands. Demonstrated ability to operate as a proactive business partner rather than solely in a transactional administrative capacity. Experience coordinating executive meetings, strategic initiatives, presentations, and cross-functional activities. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Experience in food manufacturing, manufacturing, supply chain, or another operationally complex environment is preferred.
