Job Description

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Assistant provides a broad range of highly confidential administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the Executive Office. The Employee will work closely with - and help - the Senior Management Team (SMT) and work together with support staff as needed. The Employee will be required to rely on proven professional skills, initiative, discretion, and judgment to add value to the Executive Office, the SMT; and the Company as a whole. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering the telephone and receiving window Maintain plant supply inventory levels and distribution Accounting for corporate jet- completing expense reports and coordinating with the SMT on expenses and invoice approvals Upholding protocol, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times with regard to any and all information, such as but not limited to: Correspondence All communication (verbal and written) Assisting in the Executive reporting process, including document preparation and collection across Companies and Departments Booking travel, meetings, and organizing schedules and other requests for the CEO and the SMT Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities:
Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration (or relevant discipline) and/or a combination of education and experience 3-5 years' experience in an Executive Administrative role preferred. Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices Keen attention to details Proficient with MS Office (e.g., Gmail, Word, Excel) Resourceful and flexible Proven organizational and time management skills. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make the necessary decisions to move work forward. Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently. High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts. Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines. Strong time management and prioritizing skills. Attention to detail in all areas of work. Ability to provide excellent internal customer service
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
