Clinical Executive Assistant Job Description Position Overview Responsible for essential administrative tasks in relation to Clinical needs and requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Effectively manage and organize the various spreadsheets. Gather, collect, and document coordination of multi-disciplinary services. Accurately complete and upload various forms into the patient chart in the EMR. Audit various documents and files in relation to clinical needs. Effectively prioritizes required tasks with clinical staff. Communicate effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team through verbal reports. Participation in staff meetings, and team conferences, as requested. Understands regulations and requirements for Medicaid Home Health services. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary. Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills; both written and verbal, time management. Must have working experience with Microsoft Office and advanced proficiency with all Microsoft tools. Must be self-motivated and should need minimal supervision. Must be detail oriented and organized. Must have the ability to multi-task competing priorities. Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in a medical office environment. Must have expert-level experience with Microsoft Excel. Must have expert-level experience using Microsoft SharePoint. Prior experience directly supporting a manager, director, or executive-level leader is preferred. Must have experience managing multiple calendars. Pay Range $55k - $85k annually based on experience
