This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations, supports HR processes including recruitment and onboarding, assists with program data analysis and reporting, and contributes to operational efficiency across OCS programs. The role combines administrative excellence with operational coordination to help leadership maintain organizational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities 1. Provide direct administrative support to the COO, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence. 2. Review employment applications and assist with applicant screening, including background checks. 3. Coordinate onboarding schedules, orientations, and required trainings for new staff. 4. Support human resources recordkeeping and maintain compliance with licensing and personnel documentation. 5. Assist with program data collection, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making and performance monitoring. 6. Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate operations, communications, workflow improvements, and Medicaid billing processes as applicable to support program compliance and reporting. 7. Assist with the preparation and monitoring of operational and program reports. 8. Support organizational projects and initiatives as assigned by the COO. 9. This position may participate in agency on-call responsibilities as needed to support organizational operations. 10. Perform other duties as assigned to enhance the operational and administrative efficiency of OCS. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. At least two (2) years of administrative, operational, or HR experience. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with data tracking, reporting, and program support functions. Pass the KBI Background Check. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting executive leadership in a nonprofit or social service organization. Knowledge of human resources procedures including recruitment, onboarding, and background checks. Familiarity with child welfare, residential, or foster care programs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, database management, and reporting tools. Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently while supporting organizational goals.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
