We offer a comprehensive range of financial services, including investment portfolios for individuals, families, businesses and foundations. The Financial Advisor Assistant position is an excellent opportunity to join our company. This role will provide you with exposure to a wide variety of tasks, as listed below.
Duties:
RELIABLE
Client Service. Answer the telephone and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person Assist the advisor with organization and update & maintain CRM software Manage monthly and annual bill payments.- Open and sort incoming mail and couriers; prepare outgoing mail and couriers
- Maintain inventory of stationary supplies, postage etc.
- File client statements and correspondence
Qualifications:
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
- Knowledgeable in Financial Service practices and processes
- Computer knowledge and experience using Microsoft Suite (mainly Excel and Word) and other accounting and data input software.
- Excellent communicator, both spoken and written
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Thrives working both independently (a self-starter) and collaboratively
- Dependable, respectful and consistently works to uphold company ethics and standards
Compensation:
- Salary of $45,000 - $75,000 per year based on qualifications
- Vacation PTO after initial introductory period.
- Participation in the Group Benefits including 401k and Profit Sharing Plan, Healthcare Plan, Vision, Dental, after initial introductory period.
- Educational Expenses -Financial & Insurance related courses.
- Hours 8:30am to 5pm (flexible)
