This position will work approximately 20-24 hours per week and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, staying organized, and working with a variety of people. The successful candidate will be professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive information. $17/HR!

PM Part-Time Executive Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to organizational leadership Assist with scheduling, correspondence, reports, and other office documents Prepare materials and assist with coordination of meetings Maintain organized files, databases, records, and other administrative information Perform data entry and assist with reporting and documentation Communicate with volunteers, community contacts, and other organizational partners Assist with events, meetings, special projects, and other organizational activities Help with newsletters, publications, and general office communications Provide additional administrative support as needed Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
Part-Time Executive Administrative Assistant Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous administrative or office experience preferred Experience providing executive or leadership support is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Comfortable learning databases and other computer systems Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities Able to work independently and communicate effectively with others Professional, dependable, and trustworthy Ability to maintain confidentiality Must be able to successfully complete required background screening IND 2
